These certainly could be some decent rentals with a little work…. ok… a lot of work but they are single-wides, so you can only do so much.
These should rent for about $500.00 each so picking these up and having about $50,000 in the whole shooting match is math that works out pretty well. They are close to Roanoke, just off Webster Rd. There is also enough room on the land to put another dwelling if one was so inclined.
