It needs a cheap kitchen and the upstairs bathroom doesn’t work, but you won’t have to do too much work to this house to turn it into a good little rental. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A roof is needed sooner than later and it would be nice to have some new windows. For what it is it is in good shape and this will rent easily. There is a great view of the star and you can watch the fourth of July fireworks from the front porch.
