Oh, this one is so easy…. great house in a great spot in very good condition.
This is a 3-1 in Christiansburg, just a little off Lee Highway heading west out of town. It is in a great neighborhood and it should comp very well. It has upgraded windows, a serviceable roof, and an awesome lot. The bathroom has been recently updated. It’s not quite all sunshine and roses though. The kitchen is downstairs which is not typical, and it could use some new countertops. There is laminate flooring laid over carpet in a few rooms upstairs. All in all the reconditioning effort for a flip is very light.
