The really well done stuff in the neighborhood with comparable square footage sells for as much as $240000. Ordinary product regularly sells for $130000 to $170000, and there are investor comps in the $40000 range. It’s hard to imagine this house at this price doesn’t have a fit for someone out there in real estate investor land.
