There is a lot of square footage here. This should be good for a multi-family conversion if you have the stomach for a large project.
The roof on the property has lilted, so the whole thing needs to come off and be replaced. This would also need to be divided into apartments if that’s your plan. There are some pretty natural existing divisions in the basement, but the sanctuary would need to be split and have interior floors and walls built.
