This is a four bedroom, two bath home in Botetourt County. It is a large home and does have a formal living room, a den, and a bonus room otherwise know as a bedroom without a window, and a mud room as well as the other standard offerings. It needs new carpet, a rework in the kitchen. There is also a small deck outback that could use some new boards. If you really wanted to spruce this up, a new roof would be great but not immediately necessary.
