Apple Ridge Farm helps to transform the lives of the community’s undeserved children by offering educational, cultural and outdoor experiences. Since 1989 they have offered an Academic Summer camp for Roanoke’s inner-city youth where they gain life skills that will serve them in their home environment.
This Saturday, June 9th, Apple Ridge Farms will be hosting a Homecoming to kick off the summer. There will be music, local food trucks, beer and outdoor experiences to celebrate the 30th year of Academic Summer Camp.
